If those are Kabuto's footprints then he is still in Izanami wandering around aimlessly, judging by the amount of footprints there are. Unless he all of a sudden has about 50 feet, maybe he now has centipede sage mode other than that its the footprints of the SA

Kabuto had His powers taken away by Orochimaru. No, this might be Madara's Trump Card. Madara might have had either a Clone of Himself,or a super Zetsu or other being in suspended animation just in case Obito had betrayed Him. And now have awaken it.
