Madara didn't knew that sasuke's Rinnegan has the sole ability of S/T jutsu.

Sasuke just swapped his place with his sword and it is not even worth to be called as a feat.

People say there's no logic involved in Narutoverse. If Kabuto was stronger than the current Sasuke (I can't even believe I'm typing this), he would be at least fighting beside him since he converted.
