I think Kabuto tricked everyone .. and in the next chap we will see that MADARA will not vanish ..
What makes me that think ? U_U
So .. why woud Kishi bring up a Godlike char show us his extreme powerful skills and then remove him ? That does not make any sense ..
So yes... Madara will not vanish , but I think Kabuto is going to power himself up .. Why do i think that ? Simply cuz he is smart and knows Madara skills ..And he knows that he has to be much stronger that Madara to control him
