Been wondering this since last week's episode of naruto shippuden. Kabuto has brought back damn near every ninja in the show hasn't he?

Then WHY IN THE HELL didn't he consider using edo-tensai his 007 mother, Nonou? Lol

He didn't have her DNA, and probably don't know where her corpse is.
