Kabuto is a highly skilled Medical Ninja. I'm sure he could heal Sasuke's injuries. It isn't like Madara took Sasuke's heart from his chest. Sasuke has had worse injuries.

I don't think so, Kabuto is most likely. Him escaping Izanami to "redeem" himself is the most logical. Kishimoto wouldn't just put Karin's foot there, and say "This strange person..!" no matter how big of a troll he is.
yea exactly she wouldnt have been called a mysterious person if she was just shown trying to reach sasuke...the fact that it says a mysterious person approaches sasuke should tell the op it aint karin and its somebody who hasnt been there in the fight

The Viz is just a more accurate translation of the manga. I'm under the assumption that the little notes at the end of the chapter were added on by Kishimoto or his editors.
okay if it is kain and the mysterious person text doesnt matter than why would karin stop and look at sasuke first after she just paniced and put on the big show to reach him, its more like her to run towards sasuke knowing he's about to did and she loves him so why stop at all and look first...the person shown has stopped and looked, she will not be stopping and looking if she had reached sasuke

Story-wise he should be able, but feat-wise? Sasuke’s organs are pierced and Karin can fix this in a couple of seconds as shown earlier by her.

thats not the samething because naruto has been all over the battlefiled helping out and he is the only shinobi with a rasegan that was alive
this is different since its just a single foot...that other one can be narrowed down to 1 shinobi just by the rasegan and how he has previously been in the battlefield
