Kabuto-disection of rinnegan

I have a little question,can doctor Kabuto extract the senju element and the uchiha element from the rinnegan?
we know that the rinnegan is the combination of uchiha(ems) and senju(DNA),soo can doctor kabuto extract this two elemets from the rinnegan?
