He's a medical ninja like his sister and while out on a mission orochimaru said that her brother died however her brother grew up to be kabuto and orochimaru took him under his wing and kabuto followed in his footsteps only to finally wake up and realize who he truly is.. He will than fight for the hidden leaf against Orochimaru and SASKUE UCHIHA
