So are you saying that Madara fought the five Kage under Kabuto's command and not on his own accord? Don't throw "he couldn't" that easily just because you've convinced yourself of that. Maybe he didn't need to since he wanted to test his powers against the Kage, something he stated himself.

I never said Kabuto controlled Madara when he was fighting the 5 Kages, you are making your own assumptions now.

Madara isn't the type to follow under someone else so no I don't believe he would allow himself to be under Kabuto for even one second if he had a choice, point is only Kabuto could break his own EDO and until Kabuto did that Madara couldn't create his own with himself. Simple, no?
