Orochimaru got his hands back and i agree that he is indeed powerful but he cant even stand for 1 minute against MAdara.
Sasuke will not get rinnegan(it took 80 years for madara to awake rinnegan)
Sasuke cant use SM as he lacks huge amount of chakra pool and Strong physical body
