Its drawn exactly like the blast crater while the debris is drawn differently. Your not seeing the point either, Jirobo's attack was puny compared to Bee's. Momentum doesn't mean much as that's part of Lariats workings.

That attack didn't weaken the structure either, if he had attacked the bottom then it would apply but it didn't weaken what Bee destroyed.​

That giant explosive drawing extending out past the platform is Bee's attack. Not debris, you can clearly see the debris drawn differently.

Juugo did have momentum, he was in the air and came crashing down. His crater was bigger than Jirobo's as well.​

Bee didn't remove the top story. The explosion covered that area from that angle.
