Alive KCM and BM Minato are a 13 year old fat girl's poorly written fan-fiction. The guy couldn't even move a muscle - Kurama's chakra was that heavy for him. Also, if anyone paid attention to the manga, they would know that at the end, ultimately everything taken out by the link, which would be the Reaper's arms', get severed with the knife and devoured separately. Him having KCM and then BM were the biggest joke of year out of this manga. Good thing his cannon show of SM topped it off nicely.

Kabuto takes him out with minimal damage. He has superior reflexes, speed, and sensory perception. Bee has shown that anyone with good reflexes can react to FTG and he did just that, and twice as well - once by moving his tentacle and the second time with a stalemate with his Katana. Kabuto simply uses White Rage, closes the gap, swallows this fruit whole, chews him up, and spits him out. Job done.
