Why? They all have a background in ANBU and are all ranked as jounin. Kabuto pre-Oro was not that great; Naruto even took him out. I think you underestimate the three jounin.

i never heard they were anbu and kabuto understimated naruto so he didnt try much and kabuto back then was supposed to be on kakashi level.
