His body renown as special from Orochimaru statement especially he able to mixed all otsutsuki experiment into his body. Kabuto whole life is mysterious. The new kid look like both toneri and kabuto. Kabuto in japanese is a horn shape samurai cap which is quite similar with his claim as 'Dragon' or 'Sages' which both born with Horn.
