So basically, i think that Kabuto was a little silly in his use of Edo Tensei...
We already know that he made the mistake of reviving Madara - as he was never really being controlled by Kabuto - and therefore it was possibly the biggest mistake in the world to revive him...
BUT
On another level it was also extremely stupid for Kabuto to bring back the Gold and Silver brothers who had some of the 9 Tails chakra!
Do you think that Kabuto realised the bros could be used to help revive the 10 tails / give a powerup to Tobi?
He knew that Tobi was seeking all of the tailed beasts, and (as he revived them) he most likely knew that both the Gold and Silver Bros had the 9 Tails chakra for Tobi.
This also BEGS the question - ultimately - Are Tobi and Kabuto allies, or is Kabuto plotting something against Tobi in the end, and if so - why would he give Tobi this powerup?!
Obviously Tobi didnt trust Kabuto 100% - but maybe Kabuto figured he could give a huge boost to Tobi!
