1. Itachi is healthy and has got the MS
2. Sasuke has got the EMS

Restrictions:
1. Edo Tensei [For Team #1]

Tough fight because of Dsm kabuto but Ill put my money on Team Uchiha Bros. Having Orochimaru also makes Dsm kabuto, Orochimaru has not mastered dragon sage mode which makes him vulnerable as well to white rage since he can't hide his sight and block his hearing like Dsm kabuto. kabuto will also have to be cautious at the same with the certain techs he uses because they can potentially put Orochimaru at risk as well.

Uchiha bros win. Without Edo Tensei Orochimaru is pretty much a non factor in this fight as his attacks can't even scratch Susanoo, and the Hydra Mode would get sealed via Totsuka..again. And he'll still get blinded by White Rage due to not having Kabuto's SM, and he'll get paralyzed due to not being able to liquefy his body.

Together they already showed counters to all of Kabuto's abilities in the manga and some can even be prevented via quick attacks like Amaterasu since they have prior knowledge (White Rage)

I'll give it to them mid diff at best.

they dont need ET for match one.

orochimaru has senju cells and absorbed kabuto's intel. meaning they know more than enough about genjutsu to avoid it.
kabuto can already make himself immune to everything except iznamai which this time he knows about and wont let itachi cast it.
sasuke can be just paralysed inside sound flute genjutsu or something.
orochi spams thousand snakes and tries to force itachi to waste chakra

theres only going to be one susano here. itachi doesnt have the stamian to maintain it and besides spamming endless snake attacks works as well as anything. you also forgot about his poison blood

huh? they didnt counter white rage. kabuto just simply stopped using it after its initial casting because of PIS. they didnt counter his physical durability since htey focused on ending ET first
