W/o Edo Tensei Minato and Edo Itachi take this with little difficulty. The Tobi that you're talking about has very little offensive capabilities compared to what he has shown more recently. So while Itachi holds off Kabuto by being an Edo, Minato and Obito repeat their previous fight, and Minato does the same speed blitz contract seal win.
