This was Just a Naruto clone right? Funny how Kabuto says that attack will leave him half dead , do you think he just didn't know, or was it a mistake?

Yah, it just seems wierd that Kishi would include that.
Kabuto would know that he is fighting throughout all battlfields, and the real one just got done witha fight with Itachi and Nagato, I'm wondering why Kabuto would think it's the real one
