kabuto and his talking scroll..?

Ok, in those past 5 filler episodes that were called chikara 1, chikara 2 and so on up to 5, at one point it showed kabuto in a grave yard working on his reanimation jutsu. Whilw he was doing that, it showed a scroll on he floor that wasn't just talking to kabuto, it also seemed to be barking orders at him as well. Kabuto asked the scroll if it had to be that harsh on killing everyone in that little village called "the hole" and the scroll said that orochimaru would have done the same thing. It seems like just a huge mystery to me. I was also thinking about the possibility of that scroll being the one that knows all and has a grip of info in it and that maybe that's the same scroll that sasuke has right now. Probable but who knows. If anyone knows about this plz let me know

Ok I obviously know that their fillers but does that mean that things don't have to make any sense? The talking scroll was very mysterious and interesting and its just hard for me to believe that that's all that kishi would do and show anything that has to do with that scroll

Funny how people just bark out "filler" and ignore the actual question...

It was Disonasu talking through the scroll. It's explained in one of the episodes (probably where he got revealed as the villain) that it is one of his abilities.
