orochimaru with twice as much chakra , summons which solo kages,twice as fast , smarter by a long shot , medical knowledge,chakra absorbing abilities ,medical ninjutsu and self healing ,every technique of oros is faster and stronger, he also knows 2 genjutsu (yes htey are weak but its better than nothing),and can reanimate bodies and use their jutsu,kabuto is stronger than hashirama because of his summons , without edo he is about as strong as nagato(fully healthy)

Kabuto is a support ninja, so he has summons, edo's, more summons, medical ninjutsu, taijutsu, more, etc.

However, Kabuta's survivablity (like HP) is kinda low, because he is not a tank, more of a warlock/shaman/priest (WoW) terminology for ya. He's a boss, but he is squishy.
