I'd still choose RSM. KA would just end up corrupting whoever so has it. Especially since you would be able to use it every other hour. How can you NOT abuse it?

At least with RSM (as restricted as you made it) you get sensing abilities so you can at least sense so that could be helpful during dedications and such. You'll know a man's heart even if you don't know their language.

That could be handy.
