Infinite Tsukuyomi's range affects anyone who sees the light reflected off the moon. The range is better and doesn't even need a cool down limit.

Off topic: After looking at Tobi vs Konan, how could anyone not think Obito was Tobi?

KA tricked kabuto, not the Edo tensei.

The hype and feat of Obito are very well true, but I don't think it's above infinite tsukyomi.

Otherwise Obito wouldn't of used it on the alliance....
