I was bored so I decided to make a thread about how much the members of Team Kakashi developed (improvement in skills, changes in personality etc.) since the beginning of the series. I think I'm going to make one characteristics for the other teams in K12, if you like my job for the main team. Enjoy:
The best student in the Academy in his age group, Sasuke was the most skilled young shinobi. He was very attractive to the girls because his good look and his perfect skills. He has a rivalry with Naruto which continues even now, in the 4th Shinobi Great Ninja War. In the Academy, Sasuke always defeated and overshadowed Naruto, who was angry at him but whatever he was doing, he couldn't defeat him. Years later, when they were teamed up in Team Seven, Sasuke was still better than Naruto, but Naruto quickly began to catch up to Sasuke and he started to acknowledge his teammate, becoming his best friend. As descendant of the Uchiha clan, Sasuke had Sharingan which he first activated when he was 7 years old, but used for the first time when he was 12, against Haku. This was the reason for Orochimaru to go after him and give him the Curse Mark. He was hoping that Sasuke will leave Konohagakure and find him, asking for power to defeat his brother Itachi Uchiha. His real intentions were to steal his body and achieve the legendary power of the Uchiha clan, but Sasuke "killed" him after 3 years under his guidance and went after Itachi, having learned to control the Curse Mark and some new techniques, such as Chidori Nagashi, Chidori Senbon and Chidori Katana. He was able to use some Katon techniques in addition because his first Nature element is Katon because he is an Uchiha. Kakashi Hatake learned him his signature technique Chidori (Raikiri), because Sasuke's second Nature element was Raiton and he was capable of doing it, and while he was under Orochimaru's guidance, he learned some techniques related to his Chidori. After defeating Itachi, he awakened the Mangekyou Sharingan and it's three major powers, Tsukuyomi, Susanoo and his signature move Amaterasu. Sasuke's specialized in the Amaterasu and has unlocked a third, unique Nature element, Enton, which he use to control the black flames. After he started to lose his sight, Obito Uchiha transplanted him Itachi's eyes and he achieved Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan that allowed him to use Final Susanoo. His Final Susanoo has Amaterasu orb in one of it's hands, and thanks to this orb Sasuke is able to use another technique, Enton: Yasaka no Magatama. The other powers of Sasuke's EMS are currently unknown.

In the academy, he was the worst student. He couldn't perform techniques like Bunshin no Jutsu and Henge no Jutsu. Anyone abused him for being a loser, idiot and other stuff like that. But when he stole the scroll for Mizuki, he learned the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, Jonin-level technique and the first ones to acknowledge his skill were Iruka Umino and his teammates. His first serious opponents were one of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, Zabuza Momochi and his partner, Haku. In the battle against them, Naruto used for the first time his Jinchuriki powers and used Kurama's chakra to destroy Haku's Makyo Hyosho. While Team Seven were in the Forest of Death, Naruto had some very tough battles against Orochimaru and against Team Oboro. However, Naruto defeated Mubi, Kagari and Oboro with Kabuto, Sasuke and Sakura's help and passed the second test. He fought Kiba in the Prelims Stage, defeating him with Uzumaki Naruto Rendan, which he developed after seeing Sasuke's Shishi Rendan. At the Chunin Exams Finals, he defeated Neji Hyuga, using Kurama's chakra, and then he used his Kuchiyose no Jutsu for the first time, summoning Gamabunta to fight Gaara and Shukaku. When Sasuke left the village, Shikamaru and his team went on a retrieval mission, with every member fighting a member of the Sound Five. The battles were Choji vs Jirobou, Neji vs Kidomaru, Kiba and Akamaru vs Sakon and Ukon, Shikamaru vs Tayuya, Rock Lee vs Kimimaro and... Naruto vs Sasuke, fierce battle in which Sasuke used for the first time his Curse Mark Level 2, and Naruto - his Kyubi Chakra Cloak. However, he was defeated in the battle and couldn't bring Sasuke back. He went through very hard training under Jiraiya's guidance to gain the power to bring Sasuke back to Konohagakure. In the process, he learned many variations of his Rasengan, such as Oodama Rasengan, Fuuton: Rasengan and his self-created Fuuton: Rasen-Shuriken. During this period, Kurama was his source of chakra and power, but they weren't friends yet and Naruto often went berserk when using his Bijuu's power. However, when he learned to control Kurama's power by defeating him under the guidance of Killer Bee, Kurama's chakra became Naruto's main weapon, alongside Sage Mode, used to defeat Nagato and "save" Konohagakure. When Kurama befriended Naruto, he gave him his full power and Naruto was able to go into Bijuu Mode, being able to use powerful techniques such as Bijuu Dama and to transfer Kurama's chakra to the other people, surpassing his parents and becoming one of the strongest characters in the manga.

Change in personality
Naruto once hated the other people, because they hated him for being Kurama's Jinchuriki, without him even knowing it. But when he was acknowledged by Iruka, he started to look different on the other people and made many friends. By gaining power, he was acknowledged by the whole Konohagakure and people from the other villages. This made him love his friends more than everything and he's ready to do anything for them. His ninja way to never go back on his words and to never give up remains up until now, from the beginning.

Change in personality
While Sasuke was with his brother, Itachi, he was kind and happy little child. He loved his brother and his family so much and when he lost them, his personality totally changed. He became arrogant and selfish, thinking that he's the best and no one is stronger than him. He wanted power to avenge his clan and kill Itachi, because he killed off his entire family. He didn't care about the others and teamwork, he wanted to do everything by himself. But when he was teamed up with Naruto, Sakura and Kakashi, he slowly started to change. However, after his encounter with Itachi, he decided that the revenge comes in first place and left the village, without being concerned about the others. In early Shippuuden, he encountered his former team but had no interest at all for them, ignoring Naruto's requests to return to Konoha with them. However, after "killing" Orochimaru, he gathered a squad of four members and he seemed to be concerned about them. After he finished off Itachi, Obito told him the truth behind the Uchiha clan massacre and he became cold, evil, brutal and wanted to destroy Konohagakure for the burden they gave his brother. However, during the 4th Shinobi Great Ninja War, he encountered reincarnated Itachi and had a fight alongside him, beginning slowly to change. It was visible for his teammates Suigetsu and Juugo. Sasuke then revived Orochimaru from Anko's Curse Mark to bring back with Edo Tensei the former Hokages to answer some of his questions and when they did, he decided to protect Konohagakure and not let his brother's sacrifice be wasted. After arriving on the battlefield, Sasuke showed interest about his former teammates Naruto and Sakura, and Naruto didn't sensed any evil intentions in his best friend with his KCM, making him believe that Sasuke, who decided to become Hokage and change the shinobi system, have really changed in a better way.
Sakura Haruno

Sakura was praised by Kakashi, Iruka and Ebisu for her perfect chakra control. While she was in the Academy, she could easily use techniques such as Bunshin no Jutsu and Henge no Jutsu. When she graduated and was teamed up with Naruto and Sasuke, she was easily caught in Genjutsu by Kakashi, but her skills in Genjutsu were on a very high level. She easily saw through Kotetsu and Izumo and Iruka's Genjutsu during the preparations for the Chunin Exam. Also, she was the first to learn to climb trees with chakra in her feet, which is another proof for her perfect chakra control. She didn't had any serious battles in Part 1 except when she and Lee fought the Sound ninjas and she thought that she was useful and someone has to save her every time. When she saw Tsunade healing Sasuke, she decided to become a Medical-nin. While Naruto was away with Jiraiya, she was training under the Fifth Hokage's guidance her Medical Ninjutsu and thanks to her great chakra control, she was able to inherit Tsunade's brute strenght. In part 2, she and Chiyo of the Sand killed Sasori, S-Rank Akatsuki member. During the battle, Chiyo determined her as the next Tsunade. She had very important part in the 4th Great Ninja War, having healed countless shinobis, just like when Nagato attacked Konohagakure. Later on in the war, she finally formed Tsunade's Yin Release seal, Byakugou, and was able to use the technique. Her strenght and Medical skills enormously increased after forming the seal and she was able to use Kuchiyose no Jutsu, to summon Katsuyu, to heal the whole Shinobi Alliance at once.

She hated Naruto in the beginning and when they were teamed up, the main protagonist, who used to be in love with her, was very sad to hear her saying to him (transformed in Sasuke), that he's annoying. She cared only about Sasuke and was ready to leave with him when he left the village, but he thanked her for being by his side and left the village alone. Sakura begged Naruto to bring him back, as she was very sad that he left. In part 2, it seemed like she already reconciled that Sasuke is gone and won't be coming back, so she decided to lie Naruto that she loves him instead of Sasuke. That way he would've stopped following Sasuke's footsteps and would gave Sakura the chance she needed to kill him herself, but things didn't went the way she wanted. However, she went after Sasuke, but she couldn't kill him because of her feelings for him, and was nearly killed by Sasuke. Naruto saved her and Team Seven reunited, alongside their sensei Kakashi. During the 4th Shinobi Great War, it was confirmed that she's still in love with Sasuke, and when he came to the battlefield, she was very happy, but things were different than before. In the beginning, she only cared about Sasuke, but now she wants to heal the whole Alliance and supports both of her teammates, Naruto and Sasuke.
