Sorry for being a bit late, but here's the last part of my characteristics of the K12 members. The last part will feature the members of Team Guy, enjoy:
When Neji graduated from the Academy, according to his teammate Tenten, he was the strongest Genin, but when Sasuke Uchiha graduated, during the Chunin Exams, she was wondering who's stronger, Sasuke, the strongest Genin of his year group, or Neji, although they've never fought each other and her question remains unanswered. Neji is descendant of the legendary Konohagakure clan Hyuga and he has the strongest Kekkei Genkai among the clan members, according to the Hyuga leader and his uncle Hiashi Hyuga. In Part 1, Neji fought his cousin Hinata Hyuga during the Chunin Exams Prelims Stage and easily defeated her, as their Byakugans were on completely different level. At the Chunin Exams Finals, Neji lost to Naruto Uzumaki, but he used techniques like Hakkesho Kaiten and Juukenho: Hakke Rokujuyon Sho. During the Sasuke retrieval mission, Neji fought Kidomaru, member of the Sound Five and used Hakke Hyaku Nijuuhachi Sho to defeat him, although he used it only in the anime. In early Shippuuden, Neji still relies only on his Juuken, but is shown using one new move - Hakke Kushou, first seen in his fight with Kisame's clone. Neji didn't had some serious battles after that, until the 4th Great Ninja War, where he used Hakke Kuhekisho alongside Hinata, as well as Juukenpo Ichigekishin to free himself from the White Zetsu Clone. He wasn't shown using other techniques, before his death after protecting Naruto and Hinata from the Juubi's Mokuton attack.

Change in personality
In the beginning, Neji was cold, selfish, arrogant person who blindly believed in the destiny. He used to hate the main branch of the Hyuga clan, because his dad died in order to protect it, because it was his duty. He despised Hinata and when they fought during the Chunin Exams, he told her very rude things and was merciless against her. However, after he was defeated by Naruto, his persona completely changed, as he apologized to Hiashi, and to Naruto, Rock Lee and Hinata at some point, becoming her training partner and teacher. He was one of the first characters that Naruto changed completely, having done this with Zabuza before and Gaara after that. In Part 2, having become a Jonin, he had a quiet and collected personality, entirely different than his Part 1 demeanor.

While he was in the Academy, he was bullied by his classmates because he isn't able to use Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. They advised him to give up and it's a wasting, because it's impossible for a person who can't use Ninjutsu or Genjutsu to become a ninja. Counter the advices, he never gave up, and after meeting Might Guy, he decided to train hard and prove to the world that he can be fine shinobi even without Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, only with Taijutsu. He wanted to make Guy, who later became his sensei, proud of his ninja skills. Anyway, he was able to graduate from the Academy and became a Genin. His goal was to defeat his teammate Neji Hyuga and prove him that perseverance and hard work are better than the natural talent. However, he ended up being defeated every time they had a sparring, but Lee never gave up and continued to follow his dream. He was the only one from Guy's team who was able to learn Omote Renge due to his perfect Taijutsu skills, achievement which angered Neji. He tried to use it in his fight with Sasuke Uchiha, but Guy arrived with his ninja tortoise and stopped him, because it was a technique, designed to be use to protect important person for you, which was the rule to use it. When the rule was met, Lee used the Lotus against Dosu Kinuta in order to protect Sakura Haruno, in which he's in love. However, he failed and was beaten up by the Sound ninjas. During the Chunin Exams Prelims Stage, he had a very tough battle with Gaara, in which he opened the Hachimon for the first time. After opening the 5th Gate, the Gate of Limit, he used Ura Renge, but Gaara soften the blow by turning his gourd into sand. His muscles were torn after opening the gates, and Gaara won by crushing Lee's left leg and hand with Sabaku Kyuu. After the fight, the Medical Squad told Guy that Lee's days as a ninja are counted, because of his injures. However, after returning to the village to become the Fifth Hokage, Tsunade healed him with surgery with risk for his life. He couldn't go with Shikamaru's Sasuke retrieval team, because he was just operated, but later he went to fight Kimimaro, using his Suiken. He couldn't defeat him alone and was saved by Gaara, this time acting like an ally. In Part 2, he's still using his signature moves Konoha Senpu, Konoha Daisenpu, Konoha Reppu and Dainamikku Entori, along some new techniques like Konoha Shofuu and Seishun Furu Pawa. In Shippuuden, his control over the Hachimon is far much better, as he's able to enter the 7th of the Eight Gates, without injuring himself. During the 4th Great Ninja War, he used Konoha Tsumuji Senpu alongside his sensei Guy, to stop Haku from killing several shinobi.
Change in personality
Rock Lee's personality remained the same for the entire series until now. He's persistent, thorough, stintless young man who's determined to show the world that he can be great ninja, despite his lack of Nin and Genjutsu skills. He's the same as when he debuted in the manga, and he still likes Sakura.

Tenten's dream is to become legendary kunoichi, just like Tsunade. According to Might Guy, she's perfect when it comes to accuracy. Her fighting style is using Ninja Tools, such as kunais, shurikens, swords and other sharp tools. When she fought Temari in the Chunin Exams Prelims Stage, she was very surprised that she missed her opponent with her kunais, as well as Might Guy. Later on in the match, it was revealed that Temari's fan was responsible for Tenten's gaps, as she missed with all of her weapons, summoned by her technique Soshoryuu, which was created by using the Generic Sealing Technique. In Part 2, she used her weapon control once again, to use Sogu: Tensasai to kill her doppelganger. Later on in Part 2, in a filler episode, she used Bakuryuugeki, another jutsu created by the Generic Sealing Technique. During the 4th Great Ninja War, when Kinkaku and Ginkaku were sealed by Darui with Shikamaru Nara, Choji Akimichi and Ino Yamanaka's help, she found one of the Gold-Silver brothers's weapons, the Bashosen. The fan was able to use both five Nature elements, as it was created by the Sage of the Six Paths, but it required large amount of chakra. However, Tenten used it's Kaze no Maki against Kakuzu, and it's Hi no Maki to wipe out some White Zetsu Clones, but then collapsed from exhaustion.
Change in personality
Just like with Rock Lee, we can't say much about her personality, as it remained the same for the entire series. She's a decisively girl, determined to become legendary kunoichi like the Fifth Hokage and one of the Legendary Sannin, Tsunade.
