Here's the second part of the characteristics of the members of K12. This part will be for Team Kurenai, tomorrow I'm gonna make the characteristics of the other two teams. Enjoy:
Team Kurenai
Kiba Inuzuka and Akamaru
Improvement in skills
Due to his Inuzuka clan blood, Kiba doesn't enter any battles without his ninja dog Akamaru. In the beginning of the series, Akamaru is very little dog and he used to stay on Kiba's head. He was intrusted to Kiba by his mother when he was an Academy student. During the Chunin Exams, he was shown using some techniques such as Human Beast Clone, Four Legs Jutsu and Gatsuga. He's mainly using his special Taijutsu. Later on in Part 1, after training with his clan members, he is shown using Inuzuka Style: Man Beast Transformation Combo: Two-Headed Wolf, which allowed him to use much stronger version of Gatsuga - Garouga. His fighting style hasn't changed much in Shippuuden. However, Akamaru has grown a lot, surprising Naruto that Kiba is riding him, while 3 years ago Akamaru was standing on his head or in his decolletage. Kiba was using the same moves that he used in Part 1 until the 4th Great Ninja War, where he used another, many times stronger than base Gatsuga technique. He used Inuzuka Style: Man-Beast Transformation Combo: Three-Headed Wolf transformation and was able to use Ooiga Gatenga, which was strong enough to dismember several Juubi clones.
Change in personality
In the beginning of the series Kiba's personality was a mixture of Sasuke's and Neji's. He was arrogant, mean, rude, he thought that he's the best. During his fight with Naruto in the Chunin Exams, he laughed on Naruto's dream to become Hokage, telling him that Hokages are chosen by the destiny. He told him that the one who'll become Hokage is no other than him. He was selfish and the only ones that he cared about were Akamaru and his teammates, Shino and Hinata. However, after Naruto defeated him, he acknowledged his power and pointed him as his rival. He became much more friendly after that fight and his personality remained the same up until now. But when Sasuke arrived on the battlefield, he insulted him so badly and almost returned to his old personality, by saying that he will be Hokage, not Sasuke, not Naruto.

Shino Aburame
Improvement in skills
There isn't much to say about Shino's fighting style, as he's descendant of the Aburame clan and he's using the parasitic insects Kikaichu to fight his enemies. He's using them to suck the enemy's chakra and leave him defenseless, then he usually delivers the finishing blow. His techniques are his clan's Hidden Bug Techniques and he's able to use his bugs as a Bug Clone. During the 4th Great Ninja War, Shino showed us new, very strong technique, called Kidaichu Mushikui, which Ino determined as "absolutely disgusting", because Shino's bugs are eating the enemy's flesh.
Change in personality
Shino is without a doubt one of the most strange characters in the manga. Naruto described him as strange, quiet, boring person who doesn't talk much. This personality is typical for the members of the Aburame clan, since his father Shibi's, Muta Aburame's and Torune's are similar to Shino's personality, which remained the same for the whole series until now.
Hinata Hyuga

Hinata is descendant of the Hyuga clan and user of one of the strongest Doujutsu techniques, the Byakugan. Furthermore, she's the daughter of the Hyuga clan's leader, Hiashi Hyuga, sister of Hanabi Hyuga and cousin of Neji Hyuga, who doesn't like her at all in the beginning. As a member of the main branch of the family, there are many expectations for her from her dad and family, but she isn't justifying them in the beginning. She isn't showing much in the first part of the series, but she's using in a non-canon episode in Part 1 protective version of the Hyuga's Gentle Fist: 64 Palms. In part 2 she still isn't using any techniques at all, and again in a Shippuuden filler episode, she uses Gentle Fist: 32 Palms, which she used in the manga too, before completing all the 64 Palms in the 4th Great Ninja War. In the war, she uses some other techniques like Hakke Kuushou and Gentle Step: Twin Lion Fists, that she first showed us against Nagato's last dead body, Tendo Pain.

Change in personality
She's very kind, pretty, shy and well-intentioned girl that is in love with Naruto since they were children. She was the first person to notice Naruto, even though she never talked with him before the Academy, because her minder Ko Hyuga told her not to speak with him, because he knew that he's Kurama's Jinchuriki and he was afraid that he may harm Hinata. She was always very concerned about him, and has supporting him the entire time. When she fought her cousin Neji in the Chunin Exams Prelims Stage, he told her very rude things, but Naruto intervened, supporting her and telling her not to listen to his words. Neji thought of her as a stupid, weak girl who doesn't deserve to be part of the main branch, but after he was defeated by Naruto in the Chunin Exam Finals, he opened his eyes and changed, apologizing to Rock Lee for being so mean with him and acknowledging Naruto, as well as accepting Hinata. Hinata's personality never changed and she's the same as she was in the beginning of the series. In mid-Shippuuden, she confessed her love for Naruto after she attacked Nagato. During the 4th Great Ninja War, she was determined to protect Naruto by any costs, but she ended up being protected by him from the White Zetsu Clones. When the Shinobi Alliance was told to go to support Naruto, Bee, Kakashi and Guy against Madara, Obito and Juubi, she said that the next time she'll be next to Naruto, holding his hand, which exactly happened after Neji was killed by the Juubi to protect Naruto and Hinata. Her personality remains the same, but now she's more mature than before and her feelings for Naruto are the same as always, probably even stronger.
