I'm pretty sure Obito's intangibility doesn't help against Shikamaru's Shadow Possession or Ino's Mind Transfer. If Shikamaru can land his Shadow Possession (doesn't matter if Obito breaks it in a second like he did in canon), it'll be enough for Ino to completely immobilize Obito with her jutsu. After that, anyone can kill him.

It took him 2 seconds to break it but 2 seconds of being immobilised is all anyone of K11 needs to kill Obito.

With full intel he'd most likely go for her first though, but I agree that Lee could blitz Obito in the time frame of being controlled.
