Kishimoto clearly doesn't give 2 sh*ts about the Konoha 11, none of them are in the same league as Naruto...

and the Byakugan has yet to become a powerful enough dojutsu to compete with the other eye techs...

meanwhile Sharingan has about 3 different forms, 3 subcategories, and it can become a Rinnegan...
