besides sakura i agree kiba is useless as of now his tracking ability is not needed in this fight.

From the list I'd have to agree that it's Kiba. We haven't seen him do shit in forever. At least Tenten had that giant fan thing.

By far its Ino. She basically has nothing except for mind-switch jutsu and mediocre taijutsu.

Tenten has some storage sealing and weapons skills, and very capable in taijutsu

Kiba has some decent taijutsu, can use fang over fang/fang wolf fang, and is one of the best trackers in Konoha

The all have their uses:
Ino- stopping an enemy, turning weak minded ninja against each other. Ino-Shika-Cho Formation. (Also halted Obito and Juubi)
Shikamaru: Highly Intelligent, Strategist, Ino-Shika-Cho.
Tenten: Supplier of weapons
Kiba: Tracking, and taijutsu
Neji: Well, saved the main characters life, so yea, not useless at all.
Shino: Tracker, infiltration, powerful.
Lee: Everybody loves Lee so I'm not going to bother.
Choji: Powerhouse, part of the Akimichi medicine group, Ino Shika Cho.
So out of these:
Most Useless: Tenten or Ino

Probably Ino. Her techniques came be very time-consuming (and leaves her vulnerable) and she needs the aid of her teammates to do them correctly.
