Well a friend of mine who knows a lot about both Chouji and Lee said this: Lee would win. There is absolutely nothing in Choujis arsenal that could touch Lee, not even a body slam. Gated Lee avoids that gracefully. Lee eventually makes his way up Chouji's body one way or another, and punches his large and vulnerable eyes out.


Also I believe Lee is overall stronger than Chouji because he beats more people than Chouji does.

That doesn't sound very accurate honestly :| Lee doesn't have anything that damage a Shinobi that withstood the Gedo Mazo's Chakra Explosion (Within Cho Baika no Jutsu). Lee doesn't have any long range speed feats either, so I don't see him dodging a body slam especially.

I'm not in the mood in debating Lee VS Chouji but I consider gated Lee to be one of the fastest shinobi in the NV so I doubt he can't dodge Chouji's slow but wide scale attacks. The chakra explosion was very widespread and admittedly has a lot more force than Lee's attacks but the force will be distributed in a much smaller area, therefore, Lee's attacks will have more force per unit area, aka pressure. Furthermore, none of Chouji's vital parts were exposed to the explosion.

Also can Chouji's eyes keep track of Lee? I doubt it and if he can't, he won't know where to aim.
