Name: Kōtetsu Inuzuka Nickname: Flame of Wrath | Sword Emperor | God Eater Gender: Male Age: 22 Clan: Inuzuka
Kōtetsu has poisonous crimson eyes and full-body scars that were inflicted by the continuous fighting in his youth; the most recognizable scar being the large one on his left cheek. Though a bit spiky, his black hair is soft to the touch, and he sports a buzz cut on the sides. It's usually adorned with feathers and a raccoon tail at the nape of his neck, which is worn draped over his left shoulder to rest in the front. A black uniform jacket sits on his shoulders like a cape, and is matched by a white dress shirt, black pants, a loosely knotted tie, and black boots. He also wears a type of leather belt around his waist that holds his sword, and his belt buckle is fashioned after the Kumogakure headband. He wears a black armband with a red crimson moon embroidery on his left bicep, and on his shoulder is a disfigured Anbu Black Ops tattoo, which serves as a reminder of the time he spent in service of the 6th Hokage. In a fit of rage he had taken a heated knife and attempted to remove the marking, but it didn't turn out well.

that is fashioned after a wolf either hanging on the left side of his head, or tied to his belt. His battle attair consists of a pair of black pants and gloves, with a red form-fitting shirt. Over that he dons a black, high-collared, long sleeve mantle with red outlines that open up towards the lower half of the garment. Though he doesn't throw childish tantrums, it's clear that not getting his way upsets him a great deal. Don't be mistaken, he does tantrum if angered enough, but it’s generally done in the quiet, heated sort of way that screams of danger and things ill-fated to be destroyed by his rage.
Due to Synesthesia, which is the main cause of his incredibly short temper, he makes an effort to speak only when he needs to, in hopes that others don't approach him. He enjoys fighting more than anything else, and easily loses himself in battle no matter how hard he tries to resist. Kōtetsu is very self-confident and only ever seems to appear happy when he’s throwing out insults or has the upperhand against someone – whether they know it or not.

基礎的な情報|BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Rage. It was the first thing he felt as his mind awoke from its slumber, and with that emotion came the memories of everything that had led to him being trapped in the crystalline structure. The Inuzuka clan that had shunned him. The friends who had betrayed him. The village that had exiled him. And the organization that seemed to pursue him. His life up until then had been filled with hardship, and as such he secluded himself within the Land of Wolf in order to remove his presence from the world and hone his skills alongside his Ninken. But as with all things, it was bound to come to an end. The one who ended his solitude was none other than the Blue Monarch. The man had come on behalf of Zero, one of Kotetsu's only friends, but he only left the Lupus Den after a fierce battle that ended in a draw between the two. Sora took Kotetsu to the Blood Tavern where they met up with Zero, who had been quietly gathering allies for a showdown against the Akatsuki. The Inuzuka had a long and illustrious history with the criminal organization. No matter where he went he always seemed to cross paths with them, and the last time that happened it had devastating results not only for himself, but for the Shinobi world as a whole. Zero knew this of course, and as such he had decided to have Kotetsu removed from the picture all together.
The tavern was mostly empty, and Kotetsu realized that a strange scent had been steadily filling the place for a while now. At first he'd dismissed it as the normal smell of the place, but his body soon began to feel numb. Since he and Ryoken were in their usually fused state the effects of the scent took hold of him even faster since his senses were heightened, and he quickly wasn't able to move his body at all. The woman sitting beside Zero, Guren, took the opportunity to lean across and place her hand on his chest, and a pink, crystal-like structure began to entrap him. Since he couldn't move, all he could manage was to give off a deadly glare as he became trapped completely. Kotetsu couldn't hear what was said between the group after he was sealed, but he could see the expression on Zero's face, and he knew what it meant. The Rat's Prince had no intention of coming back from the battle alive, and he didn't want the Inuzuka to share the same fate. Kotetsu was sealed in the crystal for months, and he was conscious the entire time. During that time Guren had taken him to Kumogakure and stored him in the Kage's mansion.
After recalling everything that had happened his rage subsided, and what replaced it was the inkling feeling that he'd been forgotten. As soon as the thought crossed his mind, the door burst open as Sora and Guren entered the room. She placed her hand on the crystal, which began to slowly dissolve from around him. Finally, he was free once more. His body immediately slumped to the ground, and as he tried moving his limbs Sora informed him of everything that hand happened in the Land of Moon. Kotetsu could have cared less. He was more preoccupied with stopping himself from lunging at them and ripping them to shreds with his teeth. As soon as he was able to move, he silently exited the room and returned to the Lupus Den....

Inuzuka ClanTechniques | 犬塚一族技術:
As a member of the Inuzuka Clan Kōtetsu has greatly enhanced senses, especially his sense of smell and his sense of hearing. By concentrating chakra to his nose his sense of smell is amplified to an even greater extent, allowing him to detect, track, and monitor targets from a fair distance away. He maintains an almost constant fusion with Ryoken through the use of Fenrir's Lesser Oblige, a technique which allows the two to freely merge and unmerge.
Fenriru No Gimuzuke | Fenrir's Lesser Oblige
Ninken | 忍犬:
Given to him by Kagutsuchi, Ryōken is a high breed and Kōtetsu's constant companion. As a high breed he is not only faster, stronger and larger than normal ninken, but he is also capable of human speech and shares a mental link with his partner. Ryōken is a rare breed of tiger wolves, and is said to be the last of his kind. He has red crimson eyes akin to his master's, and is covered in sleek golden fur on the top portion of his body, flowing white fur on the bottom, and numerous black stripes that litter his coat. The fur on the sides of his neck is knotted together by multiple red beads. He stands at five feet and eleven inches, and wears a gold colored bracer on each leg, and by twisting his legs in a certain manner he can momentarily release a short blade three inches in length from within. As a result of the selective breeding and genetic manipulation used to create them, many high breeds have experienced genetic mutations, and Ryōken is no different. His genetic mutation resulted in him being born with two tails that he can control separately.

Description: This technique was designed to rectify the weaknesses of managing multiple bodies within Battle. Many Inuzuka found that their Ninkens became easy targets for area of effect Ninjutsu techniques, and often experienced problems with defending from widespread attacks without compromising their Ninkens health or position. As such this technique was developed as a fix for these flaws. This technique allows an Inuzuka to enter into a lasting fusion with their Ninken(s). While fused the Ninken will inhabit the users body and the user will gain the ability to use techniques that require 'Four Legged Beast' transformation as a perquisite and will also gain the senses of their Ninken. The Ninken(s) will be aware of the world through the users senses however their mind and chakra systems will remain separate. The Inuzuka however will still be capable of tapping into their Ninken's chakra supply, and will be capable of using it to bolster their own supply for future techniques. Lastly, fused Ninken can demerge from their host body at any point in time, and can also choose to re-emerge without cost. Merging and de-merging however is not instant, instead it simply functions as a Ninken or Inuzuka walking outside of the hosts body - and as such is far inferior to the merging abilities of Souma No Kou. One added benefit is that a host can have appendages such as tails or wolf ears that can prove useful in combat, but are largely cosmetic, the main host can also be switched at will - housing the user and other Ninken(s) within a Ninken's body instead.
Note:
- Must be posted at either the start of the battle or in the users bio, and is active at all times. (In the case of the users bio, the user will be incapable of using more than two techniques on their first post in a battle or event, and will suffer the respective chakra cost too)
- In the case of deactivation (On the users account or as a result of an enemy technique) this technique can be reactivated again at the cost of the move. Each reactivation will require more chakra than the last, doubling each time.
- This technique serves as the ultimate baseline form for Inuzuka's. After using another transformation the user is capable of reverting back to this form without completely cancelling the previous transformation, instead they retain the physiological benefits of the other transformation (Such as increased sensing and other abilities) and are also capable of re-entering the previously activated transformation without cost as it is still considered active. (Does not distort or ignore turn restrictions)
- For the purpose of this technique, normal Ninkens will each have a supply of 300 chakra that the user is capable of accessing.

Description: After decades of research and selective breeding the High Breed were born, the High Breed, bred to be genetically superior to all other Ninkens immediately displayed talents that completely overshadowed that of lesser breeds from a young age. High Breed's are born with a more robust constitution, resulting in them being larger, stronger and faster than other breeds. They also look far more wolf-like as a result of their wolf-rich bloodline. High Breeds display savage intellect, and are capable of exercising great cunning and problem solving abilities; and as a result of their advanced intellect they have gained the ability of articulation. Other talents include a healing factor, senses twice as strong as a normal Ninken's, and a greater synergy with their Inuzuka counterparts; resulting in fusion and transformation techniques used with a High Breed being a third larger, with time-limited fusion techniques having their duration increased by two turns. However High Breed's have been known to reject their Inuzuka counterparts, entering into a faux relationship for a time, and then turning on their paired Inuzuka the moment they have grown large enough to kill their ill-suited partners. As a result the High Breed were kept secret and many voted for their extermination, but in the end they were merely banished into the woods of Konohagakure, kept alive in case the clan should have need for them in the future. However, should a High Breed fully accept an Inuzuka a most curious phenomenon will occur in which both the High Breed and Inuzuka will become mentally linked, capable of sharing thoughts, feelings and experiences with each other, with such a deeply intimate bond being the absolute apex of a Inuzuka and Ninken bond. A High Breeds ability to 'smell' chakra is also unprecedented, far outstripping that of Ninken such as Akamaru as they are capable of accurately gauging the strength of opponents and techniques among other things. (To be explored further in techniques). Lastly, as a result of the selective breeding and genetic manipulation used to create High Breeds, many High Breeds have experienced genetic mutations, some more simple, such as heterochromia, others more noticeable such as having multiple tails, a paw that's far larger than others, exceptionally long claws and so on. The High Breed also hold a greater affinity to chakra than normal Ninken, ensuring that they excel at walking on water, tree climbing and chakra based Inuzuka techniques, with their actual chakra being dense and bountiful, holding a chakra supply equal to half of their Inuzuka partner and also possessing an affinity towards at least one element. (A high breed cannot use Ninjutsu or elemental Taijutsu (Aside from Inuzuka techniques of course) by default, instead their supposed affinities are there to be explored in future techniques).

(制水遁主要親和性) Chakra Control & Suiton Primary Affinity
Kōtetsu has exceptionally high chakra control, and is capable of chaining together techniques with great speed and switching between elemental techniques with ease. He has a natural affinity for water and is capable of unleashing attacks with a single handseal. He believes that the nature of water doesn't fit his outward personality, and as such only makes use of it when he deems it necessary.
(火二次親和性) Katon Secondary Affinity
He took a liking to Katon due to its eccentric and spontaneous nature, and it became his main means of attack during battle. Though it was not his primary affinity he mastered the element in its entirety, and is able to perform the handseals for it's techniques faster than other shinobi.
(剣術) Kenjutsu
Kōtetsu first used a katana after he began training with the Anbu Black Ops, but only became really interested in it after he stole Kusanagi from the Hidden Sound Village. The physical training he undertook to supplement his sword skills ultimately allowed him to swing his sword faster than other swordsmen, and he studied kendo relentlessly in order to become proficient in it's stances. After mastering the sword arts in their entirety Kōtetsu eventually received the title of "Kenshin", meaning Sword God. Even though he was given this title he still felt that he had more to learn since he started late in his life, and would continue to do so once the opportunity presented itself. To commemorate what would possibly be the last time the two would ever meet, Keotsu discovered a way to impart the abilities of his own weapon upon Kōtetsu's blades, a ritual that greatly enhanced the power of his kenjutsu techniques from that moment onward.

(体術) Taijutsu
Taijutsu went hand in hand with Kenjutsu, and without first mastering his own body he couldn't hope to master the sword. Armed with sharp nails and teeth, Kōtetsu's hand-to-hand combat is extremely dangerous, and after years of fighting in short range he became proficient in the field. He has a quick reaction time, honed reflexes, increased physical strength, and is also very fast. His flexibility and dexterity also makes him more than a formidable opponent for other taijutsu users of his own rank. The IOSS usually required a unique case that held a multitude of blades, but because of it's size Kōtetsu found it difficult to carry around. He combated this problem by having the case sealed within a specialized scroll that he keeps tied to his right hip. By simply opening the scroll the case will appear in hand, or he can throw the scroll skyward to summon the weapons directly.

Kōtetsu is the holder of the Rat Summoning Contract, which includes all rodents under the Rattus Genus that reside within the Underland of the Ninja World. He also has access to the Rat Techniques, the supporting ninjutsu of the Rat Contract. He possesses a small tattoo of this summoning contract on back of his right hand.
He is also a signer of the Toad Summoning Contract, which includes all Toads that dwell on Mount Myobokuzan. He also has access to the Toad Summoning techniques, the supporting ninjutsu of the Toad Contract. He possesses a tattoo of this summoning contract on the inside of his left forearm, spanning from his wrist down to his elbow.

Kusanagi: "Heaven Splitting Sword". Crafted by a master swordsmith, this blade is a chokutō that Kōtetsu stole from the Hidden Sounds Village, and was considered one of their national treasures. Though it was considered a treasure, the blade was shrouded within a dark legacy, with some saying that it brought out the murderous intent within a person, while other rumours claimed that the rage was inside the blade itself. It's is a bit larger in size than a normal chokutō, the blade is an inky black, and it's sheath sported the same color, but had a single red line spanning down the center. Kusanagi cut everything that crossed it’s path, it’s bloodlust indiscriminate to anything that dared crossed it’s blade.
Kōtetsu posses a heavy duty version of the standard paper bombs, another gift from Keotsu. This tag has about ten times the destructive power of a regula tag, and have the kanji for “erupt” instead of “explode” written on them. These tags can't be discerned from their weaker counterparts at a glance.
(Jūhō Kibaku Fuda) Heavy Artillery Exploding Tag
The Anbu Black Ops Mask he usually wears has a protective nose netting to purify the surrounding air and avoid poisonous gas or any other impurity from harming his nose, but this does not hinder his own sense of smell. In the eyes grooves it has black glass which prevents extremely bright light from entering the mask and serves to protect his eyes. He also has a wide assortment of kunai, shuriken and other various ninja tools stored in his pouch, which is kept tied to the back of his waist for easy access. He carries smoke bombs, flash bombs, wires, small scrolls, Kunai, shuriken, and various other tools.

Kōtetsu suffers from a rare form of synesthesia known as Misophonia. This is a neurological disorder in which negative experiences such as anger, hatred, and disgust are triggered by specific sounds. Coupled with the fact that he has enhanced hearing, his short temperament and bad attitude are attributed to this disorder. It could be said that the reason he tends to look down on others around him as trash is because of this.
(火二次親和性) Katon Secondary Affinity
He took a liking to Katon due to its eccentric and spontaneous nature, and it became his main means of attack during battle. Though it was not his primary affinity he mastered the element in its entirety, and is able to perform the handseals for it's techniques faster than other shinobi.
(剣術) Kenjutsu
Kōtetsu first used a katana after he began training with the Anbu Black Ops, but only became really interested in it after he stole Kusanagi from the Hidden Sound Village. The physical training he undertook to supplement his sword skills ultimately allowed him to swing his sword faster than other swordsmen, and he studied kendo relentlessly in order to become proficient in it's stances. After mastering the sword arts in their entirety Kōtetsu eventually received the title of "Kenshin", meaning Sword God. Even though he was given this title he still felt that he had more to learn since he started late in his life, and would continue to do so once the opportunity presented itself. To commemorate what would possibly be the last time the two would ever meet, Keotsu discovered a way to impart the abilities of his own weapon upon Kōtetsu's blades, a ritual that greatly enhanced the power of his kenjutsu techniques from that moment onward.

Because Mythos is tied to Keotsu's soul, he will perform a small ritual with one that Keotsu is incredibly close to: Keotsu will place Mythos in its entirety atop one of his brothers-in-arms' weapons, and coat it in an incredibly thin layer of the Mythril that Mythos is made of. In this action, Keotsu accepts this person into his soul, marking them as someone of great importance to him. This imparts the weapon with all the abilities of Mythos, except for the ability to change shape, the original ability that Mythos possessed in its form of "Mikomi", long, long ago.

Taijutsu went hand in hand with Kenjutsu, and without first mastering his own body he couldn't hope to master the sword. Armed with sharp nails and teeth, Kōtetsu's hand-to-hand combat is extremely dangerous, and after years of fighting in short range he became proficient in the field. He has a quick reaction time, honed reflexes, increased physical strength, and is also very fast. His flexibility and dexterity also makes him more than a formidable opponent for other taijutsu users of his own rank. Description: The user will throw into the air a large container of katana that are wrapped in some sort of cloth or wire in order to bind them for easy travel – while in the air, a seemingly endless number of katana will slide from their casing and scatter all across the battlefield to supply the user with swords to fight with no matter where they are; conversely, the swords can be summoned from scrolls in the same manner as Tenten’s weapons. This technique was created with the belief that a swordsman didn’t need a perfect sword, but rather, the ability to wield any sword with great skill. Each sword has a mechanism built into their hilt that allows only those who know how to use this technique to wield the swords. If someone with no knowledge of how to use this technique attempts to wield one of these blades, needles will extended from the hilt, much like how Samehada does. Due to this, the Infinite One-Sword Style not only assists the swordsman and his allies in battle, but also puts an extreme amount of psychological pressure on the opponent, due to the sheer number of blades.
