"C'mon, c'mon, stop by right here and take a look around!" - BASIC INFORMATION | 基本情報
 Looks | 外見 White medium sized hair that reaches the limit of the nose; parted between two sides for the yellow golden eyes to show. He wears a long coat that displays the color blue for mysterious and odd reasons, Black gloves and white cuffs with a gold trim to show how much he cares for appearance. This guy's blue but black with a gold trim coat reaches to the ankles at the backside and a black belt wrapped around his waist to carry his regular traditional katana blade. Very dark blue pants with black closed-toead shoes. His black and gold trim mask covers his lower half of his face but has a small hole for breathing through. In his modern Jomaegakure First Officer outfit, he is seen wearing a long black robe that is cut in the front to reveal his blue trench coat and pants. A black hood to match that can be used to cover his face through the shadows of his hood for anonymous view or spying. Personality | 性格 A fancy fellow whom is wise at tacticians in battle to the point of his ego kicking in and making him feel like he is similar to a general which might be a hint towards his choice of attire. He always takes the role of leader when he is within a group and although he might show to have a big ego at times he is a gentle shinobi who takes pleasure to being out in the forest or taking care of small animals. When people is in need or in a dangerous situation he feels that he needs to step in regardless if he is the only person helping. Although, he hates to show his gentle side and usually takes a blush or a side of shy tone when noticing. Village Information | 村の情報

Background Info | 基礎的な情報 "That's right. I'll return the favor now." History | 歴史 Fifteen years ago there was a child born with white hair and yellow eyes so odd at the time that people feared of the child being under an unknown virus. The weird appearance of the child caused him to be left somewhere on the outskirts of Kirigakure. Forever to be left alone without his true parents which their identity is still unknown even till this very day. The child was picked up by a old merchant that lived not to far off from the outskirts of Kirigakure, A small village that was peaceful and free of Shinobi of Kirigakure and any Shinobi alike. The child was named Kāzuhiro HāmāNagaro, the name of the old merchant whom adopted him. The old merchant took him into his house and took care of him till the age of 10 when he started training him in secret, Basic E-rank Jutsu's and sword techniques. Kāzuhiro woke up everyday and got the bucket that rested on the right side of the entrance way to the house, walked up to the hill where the water pump was and got water for the day to bring back to the house; this was his job everyday to train him in the art of not only strength but will. The heaviness of the water bucket when full was obviously too heavy for a child to carry down a hill and back to a house so daily training of this was good for strength and will to not give up or let go for if he did there would be no water for the day.

The Will to Not Give Up Two years have passed since the daily training of water pickup and Kāzuhiro has gotten stronger, It was time for him to be taught Taijutsu; trainings of the sort were easier due to the lack of equipment needed. ''Taijutsu training was to be held inside the house but in the basement so people won't be able to see them through the windows of the house, the room of the basement was small which was odd at the time but now it makes sense due to the fact of most taijutsu battles will be close range in conjunction to Kenjutsu'' Quoted Kāzuhiro. Simple movements were applied first within the lessons then slowly moving to faster movements, dodging and blocking were easy but attacking was much harder. Once attacked there can be multiple ways of countering, to be attacked by the front or back is merely easy to counter if swift movements are applied; A man attacks you from the front with the intent to stab you but with a swift extension of the leg and twist of the waist it can be countered and even disarmed. ''He who is fastest is victor'' Quoted the old merchant in the middle of a training session with Kāzuhiro down in the basement, the next lesson was to learn to fight in the dark, although it might been difficult at first the dark is merely an illusion of the mind that clouds the vision. The old merchant continued with his lesson which he told the young boy about how he could focus his inner senses and focus it in hearing and feeling, the boy was confused at first but with time he understood. ''I thought you were going to teach me about Chakra, Old man'' Kāzuhiro said in confusion, ''No, Not everything is about Chakra.. He who focuses on Chakra alone is only a fool but he who goes beyond the limits of Chakra is a true warrior'' quoted the old merchant while walking around the young boy. ''When you are out of Chakra what are you but a loose end; this is what happens when Shinobi are out of Chakra. Ninja, they are hopeless and can no longer fight without it, however those who are not Shinobi are stronger due to their will and strength to carry on when their Chakra is depleted'' quoted the old merchant. The old merchant was an old fashioned guy who seemed one sided and never really listened to reason, his thoughts were solid like a brick wall that could never be tilted, and he said his words like an iron hammer is to an anvil.

Beyond the Limits of Chakra Two years have once again passed and Kāzuhiro has almost completed his training. The old merchant has become a bit tired and the house has gathered some dust while the old merchant just sits in his rocking chair. ''Whats my last lesson, sir?'' Kāzuhiro asked with a respectful tone while standing in front of the old merchant, the old merchant tosses Kāzuhiro a key then orders him to walk to the dresser near the door way. Kāzuhiro was confused at first but then walked to the dresser anyways, opening the doors to the dresser to reveal a blue and black long coat and a traditional katana blade, ''What is this..?'' Kāzuhiro asked hesitantly. The coat had Kirigakure colors on it but it wasn't the traditional formal wear of the Shinobi's so it left even more questionable factors. The katana was just a simple blade with a sheath so nothing questionable there. ''Thank you'' Kāzuhiro said after trying it on to see if it fits, ''Where is this from?'' he asked. ''Its from my rebellious days around this village, I wore that because I liked to make fun of the local shinobi but not only that but I did a few missions here and there.. nothing special'' the old merchant proclaimed with a slight secretive tone. ''Well.. I like it regardless'' Kāzuhiro said politely, it was time for him to carry himself out to the real world and both of them knew this. After saying goodbyes it troubled Kāzuhiro that the old merchant might not have been feeling good before hand but that was not a problem, it was clear that the old merchant had fulfilled his duty in the world and was ready for his death and so Kāzuhiro took off and was last seen heading towards Sunagakure... last year...

Goodbye The next year Kazu was recruited into Sunagakure, however with time he felt that he was unsuitable for the headband, he felt that his purpose didn't belong within the walls of sand. Later that year a man contacted Kazu in high interest with him, saying that he was invited for a special offer due to his current skills he was perfect for the job and so with no hesitation Kazu accepted the offer. Kazu knew that if the others knew of his offer that they will not approve at all and kick him out immediately so he kept it a secret and instead took a mission on his own to spy on the operations of the village. Weeks past and information has been taken and stored within his black cap, Kazu sneaks out of the village and entered a small boat to travel across to a swamp land where he was called. Night time and it was a bit cloudy with some gentle wind but not too strong, Kazuhiro's robe rustled against the wind and with calming sounds of waves hitting softly against the wooden boat he remembers that he forgot to look at the back of the note that was given to him by the anonymous individual and so he took the note out from his back pocket. The back of the note wrote ''Ikiru'' a name familiar to him back in the older days of adventure and with widen eyes he felt a rush but exciting feeling that blew over him. His boat soon hit a small land and with some adventure around the small land he found a young ninja sitting there near a tree. ''Hello, Who are you?'' Kazu asked the young ninja and with the young ninja he replied ''Hōtarō Oreki''. Soon Kazu took Young Oreki under his wing and took him upon his boat that he then continued to travel to the swamp lands. His boat hit the beaches of the land and he got out and left heading towards the office of the land knowing that his pupil will be okay there alone, he will know where to go. He arrived and met with Ikiru at the office where he was then named the first officer of the village and Ikiru becoming kage of what now is called Jomaegakure they both formed. Other | その他
