( Raiton: Raigeki) - Lightning Release: Electric Attack
*Yahiko performs the Tiger → Snake → Dog handseals in order and then gathers his chakra in his hand. He then raises his arms and points them it the clones while changing the raw chakra into lightning quickly and then currents of lightning appear from his hand and hits 3 clones in the middle and Yahiko then cancels the jutsu.
(Raiton: Shuurai Rappa no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Horn Technique
*Yahiko keeps his hand raised and starts gathering lightning chakra in his hand again. After focusing the chakra, a pale yellow aura can be seen and then 2 bolts of lightning in the shape of horns release and hit the 2 remaining clones.
"Both these techniques require the same amount of chakra and are both long range. They also deal the same amount of damage if a hit is made.
The difference between them is that the first technique requires handseals while the other does not, which might make take a little more time executing it compared to the second.
I am not sure about this part but still, in the description of the first jutsu, it says it can avoid obstacles. Shouldn't it mean that the currents that are produced from the jutsu are able to be controlled and change paths while in the second, once the bolts have been shot, they will only follow a single path ?
