That's a good start I guess!.
. Amegakure is a nice village! People are nice there! Now, I guess you know a bit about Naruto manga lol. Can you tell me What is Chakra? What are elemental chakra and what is raw chakra?Chakra is the energy a shinobi needs when performing a Jutsu. Chakra has become a form of life energy that all living individuals require to survive. Chakra when moulded properly can be used to perform jutsus.That's a good start I guess!.
Raw chakra is the chakra inside one's body aka the combination of physical and spiritual energies without any affinity to it.
Elemental Chakra is an advanced form of chakra control. It involves moulding of chakra nature and changing its properties.
There are five basic elemental chakras that are Fire,Win,Lightening,Water and Earth. These elemental chakras can be further combined to form Kekkei Genkai.
There are five basic elements like i mentioned earlier. They each have their strengths and weaknesses compared to other elements.
First we have Fire.
It is made by using superheated chakra. Most techniques are used from the mouth.
Fire is strong against Wind and Wind techniques can make Fire jutsus stronger. It is weaker against water as water can douse the flames.
Fire with Earth makes Lava Release which produces lava as the name suggests.
Fire with Water makes Boil Release which can be used to makes high temperature vapours that can burn the skin and are acidic.
Fire with Wind makes Scorch release whcih can be used to evaporate bodily fluids.
Fire can be used with Lightening to make respective attacks more destructive as they do disrupt each other.
Second: Wind
This chakra nature can be used for sharp and slashing jutsus and as well as for large scale destructive wind ones.
Wind if inferior to Fire as the Wind fans the flames and is superior to lightening being an insulator.
Wind can be used with fire for Scorch Release.
Wind can be combined with Water to form Ice Release.
It's also used in Dust Release.
Third: Lightening
It can be used for piercing and paralysing by electrocuting purposes.
It is superior to Earth coz of the piercing power but inferior to Wind coz of its insulating properties.
It can be combined with Water to form Storm release.
It can also be used in conjunction with Water jutsus to electrocute opponents but the user must be careful not to electrocute themselves.
Fourth: Water
It can be used by creating water from mouth or from existing sources and is very versatile as the shape of the water can be manipulated for attack and defence purposes. It can be used offensively by to hurt opponents by the pressure of the water or by drowning them.
It is superior to Fire and is inferior to Earth.
Water can be used with Earth to form Wood Release.
Last one: Earth
It is also very versatile. The user can form Earth of his own or use existing one. It can be used to change the properties of Earth to hard or soft for offensive and defensive purposes.
It is superior to Water and is inferior to Lightening.
Elements which are considered inferior to another can also overpower the superior one if the jutsu is powerful enough to overcome the opposing one. Elements can also be used in conjunction like i mentioned a few times to increase the power of one.

"That was correct but there is bit more to that. See, Elemental interaction is the way two elemental chakra natures Interact. One may be strong over the other or vice versa!. Hmm...How to explain better about this, Take the Fire element. The fire element is strong over the wind element but it is weak over water element. That means, An A rank fire technique can easily be stopped by a B ranked water technique, Whilst the same A rank fire technique can easily overpower an A ranked wind technique. Elemental interaction all depends on the strength and weakness of the two/ more elements that are clashing with each other.
Regular ninjutsu is a different case. Regular ninjutsu is based on the usage of raw chakra. Raw chakra is always weak to elemental chakra whereas when raw chakra undergoes a high level of Shape manipulation like the Rasengan!. It can go on equal terms with elemental chakra based techniques!
During the elemental interactions, the Size of the technique also matters!. For example say that your opponent is sending a large wave of A ranked water towards you. A rasengan which is A ranked by logic must cancel the water wave; but when compared to the size of the water wave, the rasengan is waaay too small! So it will be a wrong counter and you'll be hit by the water technique!."

It can be used with bladed weapons to increase their piercing power.
There is a form of Lightning called Black Lightning which can only be used by Darui and Third Raikage.

- What is Lightning/ Lightning Release? Lightning is one of the Basic Five elements of Naruto Verse. Performing Ninjutsu technique by utilizing Lightning chakra is Termed as Lightning Release!. Lightning is one Powerful element. It's Piercing capability surpasses the Wind element. It is as destructive as a fire element. Lightning element is more of a double edge sword imho. If it is not used properly will damage the user severely. Like how the wind element is Characterised by it's Sharpness nature, Lightning element is characterised by the high frequency vibrations, Piercing capabilities of the element. Like the Wind element, Lightning element can also be used to enhance the piercing capabilities of a weapon!
- Is there any special characteristics? Yes, Indeed there are some special characteristics of the Lightning element. Apart from the high piercing power and high cutting potential of the Lightning element, It has the property to make human body go numb or Paralyse. This is one of the powerful potential of the lightning release which you can put into some good use. The intensity of the paralysation and the numbness varies from technique to technique mostly depending on the rank of the technique. We will discuss about these stuffs when we take a look into various techniques related to lightning release.
- What are it's weakness? You know the natural phenomenon rite? Wind is an Insulator of electricity. Yes, that precisely is applied here. Lightning is weak against the wind element because wind is a Insulator of electricity and so hence it stops the flow of electricity. Thought there are many cases in which certain wind techniques cannot be used as a counter to Lightning techniques. We will Discuss that while discussing those techniques.
- What are it's strength? As we discussed earlier, The lightning element's Piercing capability is very high. For that reason, Lightning element is Uber strong against Earth release. Lightning breaks apart the Earth release techniques and turns them into crumbles of rocks. Lightning chakra can also be used to neutralize the Earth chakra that is present in a structure or any material through the application of a certain techniques which we will discuss later.
- What about the interaction with Other two? Lightning is Neutral to Fire and Water But that differs drastically when compared with the neutrality of other elements with one another. Reasons? According to Naruto verse and in Our RP, Lightning can pass through fire since fire is not tangible in most of the cases. So, If a A ranked non-tangible fire stream technique is used by your opponent and you use a A ranked Lightning technique, The lightning technique instead of cancelling the fire will simply pass through it. This particular characteristic is what makes the Fire and lightning a stealthy combo. Now with the interaction with water techniques, Water is a very good conductor of lightning. Hence it can very well be used in conjugation with lightning release to increase the overall effectiveness of the water techniques, especially when dealing with Earth. Nice!. Now, in our training method we don't do templates!. I will ask you to perform the techniques and analyse them for me. For certain tricky techniques I will ask you some questions!. In between the training session, I may ask you to perform a combo move with the Techniques which you have learnt!! ( Don't fret if you don't kno the answer or if you perform a wrong combo! Am here to help you! ^^ ). Now, before proceeding to the techniques..

I need you to concentrate on the nature of lightning in your mind and awaken your lightning chakra!. Now, Channel the chakra into this paper. If the paper shrinks then that means you have awakened your Raiton chakra!( Yaay!).

Alright that was a bit basic, but it will suffice for now. Try to add in more description in the future.
These three are the basic lightning techniques. Even though they are all D ranks, they are pretty useful in battle. Especially during CQC or for release a Genjutsu.
For the first technique, Just gather and manipulate your lightning chakra and create small bolts of lightning to attack your targets!. Damage of the technique is very very low, However it doesn't have any paralysis or numbing effects. I would suggest you to use this technique in Close range combat to take advantage over your opponent with minimal chakra usage. You can also use this technique on yourself to release from a genjutsu. The damage done to your body is not big nor catastrophic.

Next one is pretty basic. Just conc your chakra in your hand and slam it on the ground to release a surge of lightning across the ground to the opponent's feet to shock them. Again, pretty useful in a close combat. Eg, take that the opponent is trying to punch you in your face. You can just duck from that punch and place your hand in the ground to send the surge of lightning that will shock your opponent and make him loose his balance.

After gathering the required amount of chakra, Yahiko begins to change the nature of the raw chakra into the fast & high frequency vibrating and piercing chakra of the Lightning nature and then releases it. Small bolts emerge from Yahiko's hand and hit the clone.
2nd Technique
*Yahiko sees the clone approaching him and about to kick him. He quickly ducks beneath while concentrating chakra in his palm. He changes the nature of the raw chakra into that of lightning and quickly slams his hand on the ground releasing a surge of lightning that travels across the ground and hit's the clone's right leg knocking it off balance. Yahiko then finishes the clone off.
3rd Technique
*Yahiko then gathers raw chakra into his palm once again and approaches the final clone while changing the nature of the chakra in his hand to Lightning. The wave of lightning appears from Yahiko's hand and destroys the clone*
Can the first technique only be used with your hands ?
And if i use it on myself to release a genjutsu, i will receive 20 points damage right ?

1) Not really, But trust me; using it via hands is more versatile.
2) Yes you ll. damage points doesn't matter much in our RP, Though even a D rank technique on a vital point/Organ will be deadly. So you ll have to be careful about it.
3) Nope. The range is stated as mid range. Short range is from 0-5m; Mid is from 5-10; and anything above 10 is long range!. You can use that technique when the distance gap between you and your opponent is anywhere between 0-10m, Though I ll use it only if my opponent is very clone to me say around 3 m considering the rank of the technique!.

For the first technique I will need you to perform the Tiger → Snake → Dog hand seal and create an electric current from the hand that has the potential ability to hit multiple targets at the same time!. Not to mention, it can travel upto long distance!.
The second technique is pretty much the same, except the fact that instead of hand seals, you raise your hand and keep it in a particular stance!. As you concentrate the Raiton chakra, it starts to glow in pale yellow color before releasing bolts of lightning in the shape of horn that spread outwards and attacks multiple target!.
For the above two technique, I need you to make a small comparison between then after performing them. Like what are the similarities between them. Which one is more versatile!. etc etc!.
