Hyuuga is one of the 4 noble clans of Konoha, all members born into this clan possess the Byakugan ( Literally meaning "White Eye", meaning "All Seeing White Eye") is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga clan. It is one of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu; Literally meaning "Three Great Eye Techniques"), along with the Sharingan and the Rinnegan.
Those who inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless, white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge. It also appears that, unlike the other two great dōjutsu, all members of the clan possess it, and can use the kekkei genkai from birth, as opposed to needing to awaken or else, not inheriting it at all. The Byakugan's abilities have left it highly coveted by the other villages, as evidenced by Kumogakure's attempt to steal it; an event which led up to what is known as the "Hyūga Affair". Ao of Kirigakure was able to obtain a single Byakugan from a Hyūga he defeated, and goes to great lengths to protect it. At the same time, Danzō Shimura went to equal lengths to retrieve or destroy it. Unlike a transplanted Sharingan, a transplanted Byakugan can be activated and deactivated at will. The origins of the Byakugan are shrouded in mistery and remain unclear at this point. Although it has been hinted that it somehow predates or, more concretely, may be related to the origin of the Sharingan, its known that the Sharingan is the genetic inheretance of the Sage of Six Paths son who inhererited his fathers eyes, establishing the Sharingan as an imperfect version of the Rinnegan while the Byakugan hasn't been explained or fitted into that explanation and background. What is known, however, is that the Hyuuga clan, the barers of the Byakugan, are one of the oldest clans in Konoha, apparently one of the founding clans that were aligned with the Senju at the time of Konoha's founding.
Abilities:
-a 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra.
-see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies with the users skill.
-see chakra, as well as the chakra circulation system inside the users body as well as others. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style, the Gentle Fist.
-All Hyuugas have exceedingly high chakra control and increased agility, specially after mastering Gentle Fist.

Staz channels his chakra to his eyes and makes the long list of hand seals of Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up and activates his clan's hidden ability, his Doujutsu powers: Byakugan, after doing so he starts looking at his Shishou's chakra flow and he says that there are 361 chakra points or tenketsus and when i hit 64 points the opponent loses half of his chakra and limits his chakra for 1 turn, when i hit 128 points i limit his chakra to half for 3 turns, and when i hit all 361 i can seal all his chakra for 2 turns

A calm wind is flowing through the battelfield, Staz knows that this is a very good day for training, after hearing instructions from his Shishou Staz takes the Jyuuken stance[Neji's stance] and holds up 2 fingers and begins to strike at the tenketsus of the clone[Dummies don't have chakra, so i'll say clone not the dummy] Staz strikes very accurately and fast, fast enough that looks like he's just touching the clone but he's striking the clone with his fingers and in every strike he inserts chakra to the clone damaging him and his chakra flow and making him disperse.
