The Hyuugas saw Obito before he sensed the Alliance, but only by a two second margin. In that time Ino did the mind transfer jutsu to Obito, who is controlling the Jyuubi, and made him miss. What does everybody think?

I think that Tobi realized what happened and made that "tch" sound but was too late to aim back at Naruto and Co.
