Do the tailed beasts and the Jyubi have a chakra network?

Probably not. Tailed beasts are spirits according to databook. The only reason sharingan can control tailed beasts are because sharingan can control souls as sharingan taps the power of an uchiha from his heart, heart contains soul. With the exception of Jubi which is a made of natural energy with no emotions.

Only sharingan can control bijuu according to DB. Probably because of the above reason.

Oh chakra network? That is a good question but like you said they’d are just a huge mass of chakra.
When hachibi’s tentacle was sealed into the Gedo mazou the tentacle didn’t have a chakra network right? And when humans get absorb into the Gedo statue, a humanoid chakra shape ascends into the phantom dragon leaving their actual bodies on the ground. With a biju the whole thing flesh and skin get absorbed because it consist of chakra too.

So the thing is that does a biju need chakra network or chakra nods to knead chakra?
If the answer is “no” then a biju doesn’t have chakra network but if “yes” then it does have networking.

Its interesting I personally think they're just masses of chakra given form and shape. We have many Byakugan users staring at them and not seeing a network as well.

Nue is artificially engineered and grown from tissue. The tailed beasts are created from the jyubi's chakra.

They probably dont have chakra networks, since if hyugas blocked it, they would be pretty much useless lol since only another hyuga can unblock chakra points. It was stated jubi is the exact same energy one feels in light, soil, water etc by kyuubi.

The six paths Sage made the Nine Tailed Beasts from the Chakra of Ten-tails With his Yin-Yang Elemental "Power" not Chakra.

Hence why the Tailed Beasts are considered Spirits and beings with Monstrous Chakra, not pure Chakra itself like say; The Rasengan. "Masses of Chakra" is a nickname because they contain large amounts of it.
Even Jiraiya said "Kyuubi no Seirei" when he referred to nine tails, Seirei means spirit. The reason they dont die are because they are spirits in the real world, so there is no need for them to go into Pure Land. Proof of that is, Orochimaru's transfer jutsu work like that too, he uses the physical energy of his sacrifices to contain his spirit in the real world; otherwise his soul would go into the Pure Land.

No that was more of a binding using the 6 paths power to restrict their chakra. I view it more as a swirling mass of chakra that requires direction.
