I don't think they can "use" it persay. I think their clan's bodies naturally gather natural energy, but they can't control it and that's why juugo goes berserk.

OT: Karin is an Uzumaki, so that would probably substitute for senju dna. but i doubt sasuke will be getting the rinnegan.

It might affect him in some way, but i doubt he will get Sage mode. Since as far as i remember, Sage mode enhances physical strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, and durability dramatically more . Which we all know is what Naruto "stands" for in this story. Where as Sasuke is the dude with all the eye techniques, so he might receive Rinnegan as a final power-up.
