Juugo's clan and Ryuchidou

So we see below that Juugo's clan's ability to absorb the force of nature came from Ryuchidou.

2 things I get from this:

1)Why did he say Ryuchidou solely, don't the toads have the same ability to absorb the force of nature?

2)If they did get their ability from Ryuchidou, how the hell did that happen? Is juugo a snake person? How is it that Sasuke and Kimimoro can seemingly allow him to release the nature chakra that is building up within him without raging out?

I'm starting to think this is a translation error or something.

I'm under the impression that Juugo didn't have mastery over it, or his is just stronger.

There is different types of nature chakra I'm guessing. If you build up too much snake you kill and freak out. Too much toad and you turn into a statue. So I think it's different for each kind. Why Sasuke and Kimmimaro chilled him out, I don't know. Power level or something.

The way I understand it:
Jugo's clan has the ability to absorb the "force of nature" or natural energy. But they can't control it completely (or at least Jugo can't and it sends him into fits of rage).
Sages aren't born with the ability to use the force of nature but through training, they learn how to use it and master it (like Naruto, toads, snakes, Kabuto)

Guys this thread is about the connection between Ryuchidou and Juugo's clan, not why juugo can't control it. Can we please make sure the replies relate to the actual topic?
