Wtf happened to it? When first introduced he was a bloodthirsty, insane rage monster, similar to a grey hulk, but now he can control it no problem? He wasn't introduced long enough ago to say he has learned to control it over time and just because he believes
sasuke to be the same as kimimaro doesn't mean he could never have a mood swing and go on a rampage

It doesn't matter if he's not the main character. It's a flaw in Kishi's writing. I don't see how you can make a counter claim against something like this. Unless you do it the way that you did...meaning ignorance.

you guys cant say its a flaw on Kishimoto... the spotlight hasnt been anywhere near Juugo until recently. for all we know he could've been rampaging the entire time he was captured and imprisoned at the 5 kage summit
