lee, tenten and neji are all close combat taijutsu users, Suigetsu can avoid them and spam long range water jutsu, and Jugo can blast their arses with his cursemark abilities, not to mention if lee or neji try and hit suigetsu he can simply turn himself into water
Lee is the only one that can't fight at range, but he's quick enough to catch up to someone easily, Neji can blast his chakra/air blost things (like when he did in the Gaara rescue arc) and Tenten basically only has ranged skills lol, Juugo mostly has up close physical skills and he's fast, Suigetsu has both a variety, and Karin doesnt have much but heals and basic taijutsu
That was in the original Naruto. He can probably go up to the eighth gate now. Lee has the potential to do so. (If he risks his life of course)
Neji's jutsu is either close combat, or mid range, he doesn't know any long range, and suigetsu can nullify all taijutsu with his water transformation thing, sp even if lee goes 6 gates suigetsu can wait it out, also if ten ten starts doing her shuriken thing juugo could simply run up to her and blast that hoe's arse
In the first post which explains the rules, under "restrictions" I state that lee can only go up to six gates, since there is no manga proof that he can go above five, except for varying extrapolations.
