lee due to gates+skills to dodge juggo mabye

Hiashi (either of them or both at the same time)
Sakura (juugo)
Lee (He can take down juugo, Suigetsu is a bad matchup unless he can wear down his chakra)
Shino (Juugo or Suigetsu individually or at the same time by a hardship)
Chouji (Juugo)
Choza (Juugo)
Kurenai (either at the same time, genjutsu gg)
Shikamaru (Too low possibility; but meh)

Anyone else? Seems like they can be handled in 2 vs 2 at various occasions. 1 vs 2 aswell considering Kurenai, Hiashi or maybe Shino.

This. Juugo had enough power to go toe to toe with A, who only survived due to speed, speed no one else besides maybe lee has.

Suigetsu is literally immune to physical attacks, and probably most elemental attacks except lightning, none of which anyone in konoha has besides some anbu we don't know.
