Why are Juugo and Sasuke not getting attacked by the Tree? At least it seems the tree ignores them.
I have a feeling that it has to do with that both Sasuke and Juugo have Juugo's flesh and chakra in them.The flesh and chakra that can absorb nature energy.

Or ... OR ... they were just far enough away to not be within the scope of the tree's roots.

They are not the only ones bro. There are shinobis standing behind them. That means they are out of range.

I find this possible as well, but still, its not like its hard for the branches to move towards Sasuke and Juugo right? But yeah, maybe I am looking to far into it and they were just at a far enough distance from the tree.

Might be that Obito is controling it not to go after Uchiha's and since Sasuke has part of Juugo's flesh and chakra that it cant tell them apart but then again it's most likely that they are just out of range

The Juubi had seen the bijou and sage in Naruto though and Madara said it would attack Hashirama too.
Maybe Juugo his nature energy body is different, seeing he has this from birth, instead of learning it like Hashirama and Naruto.

Or maybe Juugo and Sasuke were to far away from the branches as people said.

By the look on sauske's face i think he knew about it all along he also read the stone tablet of uchiha as madara.... also the tree is out of range so only it dint attack them cos many of shinobi were behind them or may be obito controlled its range to absorb limited chakra so that he can control it.... Just as madara has his trump card , i think sauske is going to help naruto in stopping it because i guess he has some secret that he knows about that like madara.

Not all people are shinobi. There are nonshinobi as well.
