. This had led me 2 conclude tht they both share the same source for power, as no other sage mode produces axes like juugo does. This may mean tht juugo may defeat the juubi or tht the jubi is a sentient being, like juugo, but gets dangerous and bloodthirsty when angry

Well, yeah, it was said Juubi uses Nature Energy and that Juugo's clan passively absorb Nature Energy for their transformations.

I doubt Juugo will defeat the juubi .-. But I think that must be hinting that the Juugo clan are descendants from the sage

I feel that jugo thinks sasuke gonna seal juubi within him to powerup against naruto in case he fights for hokage and u guys alreay know wats narutos next powerup was and sasuke is weaker atm

OT : Jugo's clan has the ability to access the Natural energy and use it in the form of chakra which is similar to SM but in different way so may be the clan is related to sage or the jubbi I guess
