I think it's kinda obvious why he's after Naruto...
Back a few chapters ago, we saw the Juubi react violently toward Naruto after seeing the essence of the tailed beasts around him, and then obviously the eyes of the Sage of Six Paths. I think the Juubi sees Naruto as only the reincarnation of the Sage, and as such wants to destroy him since it was Six Paths who sealed away the Juubi in the first place.
But hey, i could be wrong.

I just don't understand how Obito got his hands on Sasuke at all when he can't get past susano'o. And it will probably be a legendary Minato moment next chapter, because I don't understand how Minato is supposed to save Sasuke and Naruto! Lol They are about to get their heads blown off.

I kept this thread in mind, and it's pretty evident that the Juubi is after Naruto, Juubito attacking Gamachi then immediately attacking Naruto made it pretty obvious that it has a specific target. I'm starting to think it's just the Juubi in control, or Obito wants Naruto out of the picture just as bad. But what's with the bulging, too much chakra for a body?
