He pretty much looks like Kabuto with the scales all over his body. Those ten spikes/tails on his back reminds me of Kimimaro with the bones jutting out. Overall, I wasn't impressed by the appearance, I was only impressed by the way he took out the barrier.

Nice analysis, but it does kinda remind me of kabuto's "dragon" form, kishi probably used experience from drawing kabuto to invent Juubito ^^
