I first thought that Juubito only slashed trough Hashirama's mokuton bunshin and Tobirama, but now it seems to me that Juubito was actually using some black weird swords that go through his hands.

I don't know if this was obvious to everyone else but I only noticed it now.

Your post is the only sane one, therefore it seems to be the most accurate. It appears to be able to condense it's chakra into a wieldable weapon. It probably has more destructive power than the bijuu bomb and he can probably use it consecutively, with the same ease of waving a fan it seems. The fan shape is probably coincidental as it's likely he can make them look like anything since it's just chakra.
