I Think it's very plausible, to state that obito is now the fastest character in NarutoVerse??

My point:

When naruto took kuramas chakra, he received a insane speed boost which was On par level with raikages, Once he had control of kurama he then Went superspeedmode, which is probably as fast as the FTG.

Would it be fair to say, Obito, may get an insane speed boost, better then what kurama chakra, gives naruto? Or would the juubi enhance other superhuman feats, such as - More robust and powerful Genjutsu's, more powerful ninjutsu??

What im saying is, do the bijuus, offer very different abilities, once you're in synch with them? Like - Kurama > Speed , Saiken > Acid And shit? I apologise if it made no sense, but feel free to debate.

Juubi apart from TBB does not possess its own techniques. It is a medium which multiplies the user's jutsu who's controlling it. Just like Obito used multiple Mokuton Sashiki no Jutsu (Piercing Wood Technique) through Juubi.

I think different bijuu offer different powers , but Naruto's KCM, BM, and speed are a byproduct of the seal that Minato used to seal the kyuubi into Naruto.

Every bijuu has a different ability. Juubi doesn't have the most part of Ninetails, so probabilities of Obito having a lightning-speed is very... low. That, and he could have blitz-speed only with Kamui and his current powers, doesn't he?

He could use Creation of all Things in order to restore his sharingan (in the case of him using Izanagi in the last chapter to survive Minato's slash).
