Madara low-mid diffs S1. Intangibility is nice and all, but Limbo still lets Madara counter it even if Obito can see them. They are still clones that will spawn at a thought. Obito can't preempt them, nor does he have the firepower to take them out without doing something Madara can easily match or counter.
Madara wins S2 mid-high diff. Even w/ PS, at best it'll be as strong as Rinnegan Sasuke's, and Rinnegan Sasuke's PS is below a PS that JJ Madara would use. So the Susanoo battle goes to Madara. If Obito uses Kamui Shuriken, then Madara just repels them with Shinra Tensei or he evades them if he can, or he can make a bunch of smaller CT and use them as shields. We've already seen that CT users can control their CT. Sasuke did it. Kabuto was going to use CT to bring Naruto and B to him, and he was in a completely different location. Once it becomes Madara vs. Obito w/o any constructs:
-Kamui is evaded by Madara's Shunshin, or he swaps with Limbo, which won't be warped away since Kamui doesn't interact with the Limbo dimension, nor does the barrier itself contain chakra, so he won't be able to hurt it with Kamui either. Besides, he can't even see it.
-Obito's Gudo Dama are countered by Madara's Gudo Dama.
-Madara wrecks in CQC due to superior physical abilities.
-Limbo + Madara in CQC together>Kamui intangibility.
-Obito's Bijuu Dama are tanked by the Gudo Dama like they were in canon.
