-Madara is a non factor here as he doesn't have Senjutsu nor does Hashirama have the feats to transfer Senjutsu to Madara. So if he engages Obito his Susanoo gets negated, his BD are blocked and then he gets atomized. Armoring Hashirama's Ninjutsu doesn't help anything either since he still doesn't have Senjutsu.

-If Juubito releases the Shinju point blank then Hashirama's jutsu would get sucked up and he'd either be caught or left defenseless, then Obito swoops down and fodderizes him with the Gudo Dama. Shinju dwarfs SS, and SS can only punch. So while it's stronger than something that cut down the Shinju, due to it's range and it's type of attack he won't be able to destroy it before the branches overwhelm and suck the statue's power away.

Obito wins even easier in S2 since he has Bijuu Dama.
