Naruto 100% has tanked the moon cutting sword.
^in this scan you can clearly see some scattering ashes of KCM Naruto's yellow chakra around Toneri sword indicating that Naruto was hit by the sword .
Even without this being considered ,Naruto being inside the crater made by Toneri moon cutting sword is enough proof that naruto was hit and pushed by the attack ,the reason why Naruto was inside the crater made by Toneri attack is the same reason why Madara was inside the crater made by Gai air canon ,both of Naruto and Madara was hit and pushed by Toneri/Gai's attack respectively .
The fact that Naruto was inside the crater right after the attack destroys any possibility of Naruto evading it .
