We haven't seen anything from Madara's Juubi Form yet, but seeing as he has both Hashi's Sage Mode and Juubi Power I'd say he'd take this.

-He has Senjutsu while Obito doesn't, so he can damage Obito's body and power through his Onmyoton with ease.

-They would have the same firepower since they are using the same Juubi....but Madara's is far better since he can enhance any Bijuu Dama he uses via Senjutsu, meaning it packs a larger punch and it will effortlessly destroy any of Obito's Onmyoton barriers.

-Madara was much faster than Obito before becoming the Jin so the same would apply now.

Basically Madara would one shot him. The first Bijuu Dama signals Obito's death.

If they did they would have obliterated Obito's Onmyoton when they went off.

In fact, I don't think Juubidama would be a good idea considering he'd kill himself in the blast radius.
